The RICH TECH Programs were established to master jobs in a career. Our pre-apprenticeship, youth apprenticeship and adult apprenticeship programs allows apprentices ot have the opportunity to earn competitive wages, find their passion in meaningful work and lifelong learning.
CYBER SECURITY SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
Monitors firewall and other relevant security logs to review for threats, anomalies, intrusions and/or abnormal connection behavior. Investigates, reports and escalates issues as required to Cybersecurity staff and management. Troubleshoots network performance or network security issues.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
A Customer Service Representative is the first person most customers communicate with when they have a problem. The Customer Service Representative must handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience

CUSTOMER SERVICE TECH SUPPORT
Customer service tech support, also known as technical support representative, user support technician, or customer support specialist, helps customers resolve technical issues with their equipment or service

CONSTRUCTION CRAFT WORKER
Construction craft workers work mostly on construction sites. Their tasks include site preparation and cleanup, setting up and removing access equipment, and working on concrete and masonry, steel, wood and pre-cast erecting projects.​

SECURITY SPECIALIST
Security Specialist are tasked with securing and surveillance the premises and personnel by staying on patrol, monitoring equipment, performing building inspections, guarding entry points, and verifying visitors the protection of our staff and visitors. In addition, you will be responsible for detecting any suspicious happenings and preventing vandalism, thefts or any other criminal behavior.
