RICH TECH Community Development and Education Programs work together to prepare people with basic education for employment, or career advancement, to increase the income of individuals and communities while meeting the needs of employers. We offer Education, Employment Preparation and Placement services such as work readiness skills, resume writing, job search and placement assistance with follow-ups to ensure job retention. Workforce development is particularly important for people who face obstacles (homelessness, justice-involvement, low-income) in obtaining a good job.

Adult Education Programs
RRCA programs prepare students to get their high school diploma equivalency. Red Rose City's Adult high school diploma equivalency program offers an alternative path for individuals who did not complete high school to achieve a credential equivalent to a traditional high school diploma. These programs typically involve passing standardized exams to demonstrate proficiency in core high school subjects.

Youth Sports Academy

RRCA is a specialized training and development program for young athletes, typically within a team or league. These academies focus on nurturing young talent and preparing them for higher levels of competition, potentially including professional sports. They may also provide academic schooling alongside athletic training.

6th - 12th Grade Academy
​
​RRCA is a specialized smaller educational setting school designed to address behavioral challenges or academic difficulties that may prevent a student from succeeding in a traditional school environment. Red Rose City Academy offers a flexible an individualized learning environment to support students' needs, whether due to behavioral issues, academic struggles, or other factors along with vocational trades and employment opportunities.

RICHARDSON TECHNICAL INSTITUTE
Rich Tech Institute trade and apprenticeship school, is a job training program that provides specialized training in specific trades. Our school focuses on OJT (On-the Job-Training) and slight classroom instruction, unlike traditional colleges which offer broader academic programs. ​We offer fields like personal training, building trades and light automotive. ​
Sector-Based Training
In this approach, participants are trained for occupations within a high demand industry, like manufacturing or construction. Participants can earn industry credentials.
Apprenticeship and Work-Based Learning
This provides workers with income while they gain job skills. This includes transitional jobs, social enterprises, on-the-job training, and apprenticeships.
